The cores of the ethernet cables are actually twisted together in accordance with the regulations, and each of the two in accordance with a certain prescribed density, in the transmission of telecommunications signals, because of their prescribed density, so that the electromagnetic waves transmitted to each other will not interfere.

According to the transmission speed, it is divided into 100 Megabit transmission and Gigabit transmission.

  • 100 megabit transmission - we are now using generally 1, 2, 3, 6 and other 4 cores, where 1, 2 for transmission of data; 3 and 6, for receiving data, 4 and 5 is the backup line.

  • Gigabit transmission - 8 cores of network cable are used, where 1, 2, 3 and 6 cores are used to send data and 4, 5, 7 and 8 are used to receive data.

Currently, there are two standard connections defined for network cable crystal connectors, namely:EIA/TIA 568A and EIA/TIA 568B. Correct network wiring may give you better network speed and more stable data transmission.
