Measure the tensile performance of the entire USB cable to ensure that the user can maintain normal charging and data transfer functions after the USB cable is pulled vigorously during actual use.
USB cable, HDMI cable, RCA connector, audio cable, RJ45 ethernet cable and other cables.
1. Test the Electrical performance of the sample before the flextural test. Ensure the result is good.
2. Test the Electrical performance of the sample after this flexural test to check the changes.
Tensile Tester
1. Prepare the product: Make a conduction test to confirm it with good conduction for the sample to be tested.
2. Conduct the test in normal temperature environment.
1. Fix the two ends of the cable on the top and bottom clamps respectively near the connectors.
2. Load 50N and hold for 60 seconds; Stretch it twice.
3. Remove the cable after unloading and test its appearance and electrical performance.
1. No mechanical separation, the appearance should not be damaged.
2. The cable can be powered or charged normally after the test, and can transmit data normally.
